Many people consider Tongson Beach to be one of the most beautiful in Koh Samui and for years it was a well kept secret among the local expats. It is located in Plai Laem, a peninsula on the Northeast Coast near Choengmon.  Tongson Bay is close to the airport and popular tourist beaches like Chaweng and Choengmon but the serene beauty makes you feel as if you are on a remote tropical island.  
   Koh Samui has developed quickly in the last few years and Tongson Bay has now been discovered.  Several high end villas are now perched on the hill overlooking the bay and the Melati Beach Resort has just opened on the beach.  But the area is still quiet and beautiful and there are usually only a few if any people on the beach. 
   
  No clubs or karoake bars and very few cars or motorcycles can be seen or heard throughout the day.  The sea is still crystal clear and the views are still breathtaking.  Along with the small local restaurants, the residents can now choose to dine in one of the five star restaurants or enjoy the spa services in the resort below.  Development is not all bad!

     Last chance, only two plots available

   Both plots include plans for large villas with views from every room. One is on the side of Villa Talay Sai and the other is directly above. The hillside location gives you breathtaking views and privacy. Yet, you are only 100 meters from the beach and minutes from the best hotels and restaurants on the island. Twenty four hour security and a full range of services are available but unlike many developments, there are no high mandatory monthly maintenance or service fees.
